Evolving tradition
In 1953, Angelo Schincariol, our true master craftsman, joined Aldera & Martina, bringing an Italian respect for craft, insisting every mould fit, every joint align and every finish feel right by hand. He introduced small‑batch mixes, hand‑troweled finishes and a formal apprenticeship program. Under his guidance, we learned that precision isn’t a flourish but the foundation of every pour.
