Custom precast concrete brise-soleil elements developed for the pavilion façade at House Waterfall. Designed to provide solar shading while introducing depth and architectural rhythm to the exterior, the precast system forms a distinctive façade treatment suited to the contemporary residential design. The concrete elements provide a durable, low-maintenance solution while contributing to the pavilion’s visual character and environmental performance.
